15 minute AMRAP of:

  • 20 KB Swings (1.5 pood/1 pood)
  • 20 Hand Release Push Ups
  • 20 SDHP (with KB)
  • 20 Team Synched Sit-ups

  • 20 Squat Snatches

30 minute time limit. Score = total combined weight snatched. If you snatch more than 20 reps, only count the top 20 reps in weight towards your score. 

Rest

  • 50 GHD Sit-ups
