New Gear for the Holidays
Time to update your Christmas list …

Worn through your favorite WOD shirt? Well, you’re in luck because the gray CrossFit Rosslyn t-shirts are in! These shirts are super-soft but super-durable, with the CF Rosslyn logo down the front and a small “CFR” on the sleeve. Sizes available: S, M, L, XL, and XXL. $19.
Toys for Tots
We've seen you do the heavy lifting in the box, but can you do some more heavy lifting into this box?
We’re talking about the Toys for Tots box at the front desk of Verve/CFR. Now until December 15th, we are collecting toys to be distributed to needy families through the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program
Any toy you can bring in, from board games to teddy bears to Lego sets, will help make a difference. Big or small, all of your contributions will go towards this worthy cause. *Toys must be new and unwrapped.* 

Don’t forget to RSVP by Thursday, November 6th to attend a bowling party with us! Get to know your fellow Verve and CrossFit Rosslyn members while showing off your bowling skills at Pinstripes in Georgetown. 


CrossFit Rosslyn will only be holding a 12Noon class for Memorial Day, Monday, May 27.  All other classes for the day are cancelled.

There will be a Hero WOD scheduled for the class.

Some site changes this week….

  1. Whiteboard photos. Starting this week, we’ll be moving the WOD Results to the primary WOD page.  The reasons are because they were starting to overwhelm the design of the site, weren’t providing any additional benefit by being posted in a different place as the workout itself and made it more difficult in the end to find the workout and the results.You’ll start seeing some of the older posts disappear as I migrate the whiteboard photos to the original posting.
  2. Navigation. “Photos & WOD Results” is now just “Photos.” The WOD Results group will now live under the WOD. The photos of the big scoreboard will remain as a separate group underneath the WOD.
