Skill:

2nd pull of clean from hang position

WOD:

Every min on the min for 17 min perform the following complex:

  • Clean & Jerk
  • Back Squat (or Front Squat)
  • Press

Rule: Once you clean the bar, it cannot touch the ground until you finish the final press. For those who don’t feel comfortable putting the bar behind the neck, you can opt to do front squats instead.
