- 5 Breaths Half Lord of the Fishes (each side)
- 0:30 Banded Down Dog (each side)

Warm-up
5 Min EMOM:
- Walking Lunges
- Sit Ups
- Single Unders
- Externally Rotated Wrist Stretch
- 200 Meter Run

Skill
Pistol Squats:
- Every 2:00 x 5 sets
- 5x5 (each side)
- Scale as needed

Accessory
4 Sets:
- 10 Push Presses
- 10 Front Squats
- 10 Slide Board Lunges (each side)
- 12 Stability Ball Hamstring Curls
