- 0:30 Banded Down Dog (each side)

Warm-up
5 Minutes:
- 10/10 Leg Swings
- 10 Arm Swings
- 15 Jumping Jacks
- 45 Sec Row/Bike/100 Meter Run

Skill
Pistol Squats:
- Every 2:00 x 5 sets
- 5x5 (each side)
- Scale as needed

Accessory
4 Sets:
- 12 Push Presses
- 12 Front Squats
- 12 Slide Board Lunges (each side)
- 14 Stability Ball Hamstring Curls
