CrossFit

This is our program for the general CrossFit athlete aiming to improve overall fitness. The program of constantly varied workouts is designed to produce maximal benefits to endurance, strength, movement technique, and body composition.

CrossFit Foundations

Recommended for beginners of CrossFit to familiarize yourselves with the movements and philosophy behind the program. We also encourage veterans to attend to reintroduce themselves to the basics. You can never learn too much.

Pure Strength

Programmed by our coaches to give you maximum strength gains, explosiveness, and stability. This class is effective while doing CrossFit or as a standalone class. It is programmed to improve all aspects of your strength from stability, to back squats, to the Olympic lifts.

Open Gym

This is your opportunity to work on your favorite aspects of CrossFit with the help of a coach. Whether you want to do skill work like double unders, the Olympic lifts, squat heavy, or gymnastics moves, a coach will be there to give you instruction. A lot of first muscle ups and PRs have been during Open Gym. All open gyms begin at 6pm and end immediately at 7pm.

 

KidFit!

This workout, developed for your little ones, helps to promote a healthy lifestyle with engaging and fun cardio, core, and strength activities!

Yoga

Our all levels yoga class is opened to a wide range of yogis with poses done at a moderately vigorous level. Modifications are always offered to those who need them.

 

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves to increase your interval and resistance training endurance.

Self-Defense/Martial Arts

Take this class to increase your awareness, assertiveness, verbal and confrontation skills. Taught by International Taekwondo 4th Dan holder and Self-Defense professional, Talal.
